And Now We Present a Ginger Bloom

This is what the bloom on culinary ginger looks like:


Unlike pinecone ginger, culinary ginger has yellow blossoms (at least the ones I grow do).

We've been growing edible ginger in our food forest for a few years now. It's pretty to look at as well as being a tasty addition to our kitchen.
