Source for pesticide-free blackberries - picking season is RIGHT NOW!

I just found out that my friends over at Taylor Gardens Nursery in Sparr, FL have a bumper crop of luscious blackberries right now.

Link and info are here.

I'm going to pick some today. I highly recommend their small, family U-pick, as well as their impressive plant nursery.

Lots of natives, nitrogen fixers, butterfly plants and other support species for your food forest.

Plus the owner has killed a raging bull elephant. No lie. Check out the photo in his office when you visit.

Can't wait for blackberry season around here! They grow wild everywhere. Ours won't be ready until July.
