This is the closest I could find with those leaves at the base of the plant False DandelionBloom: Late Spring–FallDescription: Perennial herb, 8–18". Flower dandelionlike; stems smooth above an almost flat rosette of shallowly lobed, hairy leaves. Special: Not native; invasive. Likes disturbed places
It looks close, but the flower and leaf shape doesn't match. I have false dandelions in my yard. Same family though.
