Just wondering if you'll be eating chicken feet stew?

I've eaten the feet before, thanks to my Chinese friends messing with me. Not my favorite - but I'd never let them know that. Sometimes you plow through to save face.

I'm cooking (and eating) chicken feet today - they make great bone broth. They are from the first harvest at the farm where I volunteer. This Saturday is second harvest, and I'm hoping to get some livers, hearts, and feet to go along with my fresh chicken.

Enjoy!
