POP QUIZ: Name This Edible! Impress Your Friends! Win a REAL prize! (Contest Now CLOSED)

The first person to correctly identify the crop in this photo wins a fun-sized shipment of strange/rare/cool perennial edibles from Florida Food Forests!

(If you've toured my farm/nursery before... don't answer. I already gave you cool plants!)

Go!

UPDATE: Jorge Duncan wins with his comment at 5:31PM. Thanks for playing. I'll post another pop quiz before too long. (I just need to find something sufficiently weird.)

I also got an e-mail from my friend Louise... she guessed "a pile of the ugly edible air potato vines."

No cigar!

Oh man! I coulda won... *kicks imaginary stone*

How are you going to store all of those? Do you store them over the winter and plant in Spring? Would you consider selling a few?

I'll post on how I keep them in a few days... and yes, I'd sell a few. I'm thinking I'll have to offer them soon. It took me a long time to find mine initially.
