For J.

Earlier today I had a conversation with a plant geek friend about a couple of plants in his yard. I wasn't familiar with either of them, but they were both in the Plants for a Future database. If anyone isn't familiar with PFAF, I highly recommend the work they're doing.

American holly:

Indian hawthorne:

Nice find on both, J. I'm always learning. It's amazing how many of the landscape plants and wild natives are useful or edible in some way.

One for tea... one for jam.

Now we just need to find some good Engilis muffinis to have with them.
