NO, dang it!

We're going to get another freeze:





















Whatever weather.com claims the temps will be, I subtract about 5 degrees... and that's usually how cold it gets at my place.

Look like I'll be covering tons of things tomorrow.

I thought it might be time to plant our new fruit trees, but DH said wait another week since we've been getting more late freezes these last 5 years. My southern part of Houston forecast is a few degrees higher than yours. Good luck!

Yep - I'm in the same boat! I'm waiting until everything is clear to plant a few trees myself.

The problem is... by the time it's safe to plant veggies, etc., things suddenly start to get hot. Every year is a balancing act.

I refuse to accept this.Maybe I'm living in denial,but I am NOT covering anything this late in the year.Stay tuned.....I may be singing the blues in a day or two.
